With an order under 20 euros, a standard shipping fee of 3.95 euros will be charged. Above 20 euros we ship for free, if you live in the Netherlands.
If you live in Belgium, we will charge standard shipping costs of 5,95 euros. Above 30 euros we ship for free.
If you live in Germany, we will charge standard shipping costs of 5,95 euros. Above 30 euros we ship for free.

All sensitive and credit card information you provide is processed through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your information before it is sent to us. This protects the information against unauthorized use.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email that we have received the order. However, this does not mean that the order has been approved by us. Once your payment has been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the item is in stock, your order will be approved and the item shipped. If an ordered item is unfortunately not in stock due to circumstances, you will receive an email about this.
As a customer you can always invoke the right of withdrawal and cancel the order before you have received it. The order can only be canceled if we have not yet shipped the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. The order can then only be returned.

Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days with GLS. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a track and trace number. With this number you can track your order and you always know when to expect your order.
Exchange or return
We hope you are satisfied with your item (s). If you still want to return an item, we must have received the return shipment within 14 days after the day on which you bought the item. Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible, return your item and place a new order. We are free to accept or reject items that are returned outside of the above period.
The return costs are for your own account for the return. Return your package with a qualified shipping company that will provide you with proof of shipment. We only accept returns of items purchased through this website.
We do not accept returns of damaged items, items that have been worn or whose labels have been removed. We recommend that you check the order immediately upon receipt before removing the labels and tags. Make sure the items you want to return are properly packaged. Always keep your proof of shipment.
We will not send you a message upon receipt of your package. You can keep an eye on your package yourself by means of the track and trace code on your shipping receipt.
Upon receipt of your package, the returns department has 14 days to process your return order. You will be notified as soon as your return order has been processed. We will refund the amount of your return order (minus any shipping costs) as soon as possible. Due to security restrictions, we cannot reimburse more than the purchase price of the item.
